David Alexander:
I am a Critical Care Cardiology and Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Assistant (PA) at the Piedmont Heart Institute in Atlanta, Georgia. I graduated with a BS from Louisiana State University's Physician Assistant Program in '06 and the University of Nebraska Medical Center Masters PA program in '08. Prior to becoming a physician assistant, I spent 16 years as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the United States Army. Currently, I am an adjunct professor in the Mercer University-Piedmont Heart Physician Assistant Residency Program in Advanced Cardiology. My primary interests are in advanced heart failure and physician assistant education. I enjoy running and spending free time with my wife and three children.


Trevor Bennion:
My name is Trevor Bennion, and I currently work as adjunct faculty in the exercise science department at Brigham Young University – Idaho, as well as a nutritionist for Natural Grocers. I currently live in Idaho Falls, ID with my wife and young children. Recent career accomplishments and highlights include a full manuscript publication and abstract publication, both in the International Journal of Exercise Science in 2014. I am currently involved in additional exercise physiology research studies and hope to expand my publication repertoire as I continue my formal doctoral studies.


Wayne Doyle:
My name is Lyndle Wayne Doyle but I prefer to be called Wayne. I am employed by Baker College of Muskegon where I am adjunct faculty for the Health Science Department. Currently I am teaching Kinesiology lab, Introduction to Disease, and Medical Terminology. I live in Grand Haven Michigan which is right on the shore of Lake Michigan. One of my most outstanding accomplishments is in 2008 I was chosen by the faculty of Baker College to be the most outstanding student of the graduating body.


David Dube:
My name is David Dubé, and I am originally from Connecticut having relocated to Oklahoma in 1993 to pursue my education in medicine. I completed my Associate degree, two Bachelor of Science degrees, and my Master of Science in Oklahoma where I reside with my family. I am currently a medical science liaison (MSL) for a pharmaceutical company, after having practiced as a physician assistant for 16 years. As an MSL, I am responsible for providing scientific data relating to multiple sclerosis at the request of clinicians in the gulf coast region of the United States. To accomplish this, I am often required to travel 60% of the time to fulfill the needs of the medical community in this region.
